Аcute aortic dissection: diagnostic, treatment and prognosis
The article deals with current guidelines for diagnostics and treatment of acute aortic dissection (AAD) according to the latest recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology. The paper considers AAD prevalence, its causes, and the main clinical and instrumental methods for diagnosis. Also the article presents the clinical prognosis factors for this disease and diagnosis formulation, standard and surgical approaches to the treatment of various types of acute aortic dissection.
