Comparison of the Office, Average Daily and Central Blood Pressure in the Occurrence of Target Organ Damage
Relevance. Recently, there are more studies that prove a greater impact on prognosis of central, but not peripheral blood pressure (BP). However, there are few studies that have carried out a direct comparison of the values of the central, peripheral office and ambulatory BP.
Objective. To evaluate the presence and degree of relationship of the central, office and diurnal blood pressure with indicators of target organ damage.
