Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. A case report and a literature review

Abstract


The paper deals with a case report on apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in a 60-year old patient. The paper dwells the diagnosis and choice of therapy strategy based on the study results described in literature.
